Michael Roberts (Jefferson) took 10,124 of the 16,942 votes to earn the ‘Last Finalist’ spot for Athlete of the Year. The 6 finalists are: Brock Brush (Jefferson), Brad Chosewood (Habersham Central), Jacari Huff (Commerce), Sam Ketch (Tallulah Falls), Michael Roberts (Jefferson), and Wyatt Windham (Lumpkin County)

Following the ‘Last Finalist’ Fan Vote Winner, the finalist group will be voted on internally with a panel of up to 25 local media reporters, former GHSA officials, coaches, etc to determine the Track & Field Athlete of the Year. The voting is Heisman-style.
