SANTANA SMITH – STEPHENS COUNTY
Santana Smith picks up Athlete of the Week honors after finishing 1st in the high jump with a 6-0 mark for Stephens County. The senior also was 6th in the long jump, but his high jump was special because it is a top-50 mark in the state, and was his first time competing in that event. This is his first POW award.

CHRISTINA KELLER – RABUN COUNTY
Christina Keller takes her second award this season. Last week, the Lady Wildcats senior was 1st in both the 100 MH and triple jump. In the hurdles, she timed out at 16.90. Her 35-1 triple jump is a new school record. That’s not it…she was also 4th in the 300 MH, and totaled 25 points in the meet, claiming High Point honors. This is her second POW award.
