The golden era of Towns County girls soccer is still gleaming. The Lady Indians played in the State Championship last season, finishing as Runner-Up while improving throughout the season once the full roster was intact. With 7 key starters back, it should be yet another special season ahead even if it will take some time to let players step into bigger roles.

Head Coach: Clay Livingston (5th Season)
2023 Record: 8-6-1; State Runner-Up; #2 State Ranking

Returning Starters: 7
Key Returners: Abby Gardella, Brittany Perez, Halie Arrowood, Ansleigh Hardin, Emma Lallement, Laura Mauldin, Drew Livingston
Key Departures: Sarah Shook, Jayden Taylor, Alana Stowers, Brooke Murrell

Team Strengths: “Team strength will be the same year in and year out, hard work and a team that is mentally tough and can handle the ups and downs of playing in the toughest region in ADII,” says Livingston.

“We will have more questions going into this season then we have since my first year,” admits Livingston. “We lost the bulk of our offense to graduation. There will be a lot of trial and error early in the season to figure out where everybody fits to put the best 11 and first couple off the bench out there that we can. We have some talented, but inexperienced, freshmen that will need to contribute. The standard does not change — we expect to be firing on all cylinders come playoff time and make another run.”
