
The Lady Indians made a fourth straight playoff run and won 6 games last season. Several key players are back in the fold, which means Stephens County should take a natural next step in progression.

Key Returners: Blair Huddleston, Julia Knight, Gris Perez, Mackenzie Segars, Reagan Worsley
Key Departures: “All seven seniors were key in last year’s success,” says Fleming.

Team Strengths: “One of our strengths is that we are willing,” says Fleming. “We’re willing to learn, willing to work, and willing to put in extra effort for each other. Another strength is that we’re a young team. We’re eager to play and play well. We are building chemistry and working hard to develop into a team that crushes tough goals. Lastly, we have an experienced core who work hard to ensure younger players know expectations, goals, and how the Stephens County girls soccer team works.”

“Our goal this year is to build a positive and competitive mindset,” adds Fleming. “We also are pursuing another appearance in the state tournament. We strive to do everything in excellence.”
