A fan vote to determine the Last Finalist up for XC Runner of the Year netted 2,803 votes on the boys polls and 27,180 votes on the girls poll. For the boys, Alex Brannon (White County) won with 1,392 votes, while Anna LeCave (Dawson County) won for the girls with 14,296.
