Those finalists are: Layne Bailey (Dawson County), Logan Fain (White County), Peyton Gaylor (Banks County), Gracie Gladding (Union County), Jenna Rapp (Jefferson), Desiree Trudel (Commerce), and Mili Watts (Rabun County).
