Taylor Burton is the latest standout for Lumpkin County. The sophomore pitcher did most of her damage at the plate last week for the Lady Indians, batting .429 with a homerun and 3 RBI, registering a .556 OBP across 2 games. This is Burton’s first POW award.

SCOTLYN FAIN – TOWNS COUNTY
Towns County was guided by several players last week, but Scotyln Fain’s performance really stood out. The sophomore SS/P went 7-for-11 at the dish, batting to the tune of a .636 average. She had 7 RBI and scored 5 runs in 3 games. This is her first POW award.
