UNION COUNTY OL

Union County’s entire OL was spectacular in a win over West Hall in Week 5. The Panthers’ unit paved the way for 442 yards of offense, including protection for 310 passing yards and 132 rushing. The group includes FR LT Jaxon Totherow, JR LG Kaden Combs, SR C Cody Meeks, FR RG Easton Shumaker, and SR RT Mayo Collins-Spiva.

JERMIAH ‘PAP’ MINTZ – COMMERCE DL

Jermiah ‘Pap’ Mintz was disruptive all night for the Tigers in their historic win over Lincoln County (first road win in the series since 2001). The junior defensive lineman had 5 tackles, 2 TFL, and 2 QB hurries to his credit. This is Mintz’ first POW award.
