This list is NOT a ranking of the top 100 players, but a compilation of the top players that meet Recruit Northeast Georgia’s criteria: ‘Little or no interest from NAIA-D1; doesn’t pass the eye test; 3.0 GPA or better; Must be a DAWG!!!!!!!!; High Achievers; High Football IQ; Film that makes me say WOW!!!’
