That included 4 Sweet 16 runs and a 25-win season in 2017-18. Once at Jefferson, Brown in his first 4 seasons had a combined 98-18 mark heading into the 2022-23 season, which included 3 25-win campaigns, 4 region titles, 4 Elite 8 runs, and a #1 state ranking in two seasons. Despite a slight rebuild in 2022-23, Brown still got the Lady Dragons a region title, giving him 5 in a row at Jefferson. All told, Brown’s current resume has a 257-85 record, 7 region championships, 12 state playoff runs in 12 years as a head coach, and 4 Elite 8 runs as well as 4 Sweet 16s.
