Braden Griffin closed out his season with a solid effort at the GHSA State Championships. The senior put up a 49.01 in the 400 to finish as State Runner-Up, then had a 22.14 in the 200 for a 4th-place finish. This is Griffin’s second POW award.

Sean Hughes won the GHSA State Championship in the long jump with a distance of 22-03, just 2 inches from his PR he set at region. He also came in 6th in the triple jump with a 43.5.5 distance. This is Hughes’ second POW award.
