#2 King’s Ridge 2, #4 Commerce 1

Commerce won the first game, a wild 16-11 contest. King’s Ridge rebounded with a 9-5 win to force a third game. In that, the Tigers fell 6-0 to end their season.

CLASS 1A DII

#2 Towns County 2, #4 Chattahoochee County 1

The Indians had to stave off Chattahoochee County. Towns County won 13-3 in the opener before Chattahoochee rebounded with a 2-0 win. In the third game, it was a thriller in which Towns County won 8-7 to advance to the Elite 8.
