The BLITZ Golfer of the Week Fan Vote winner was Makenna Eller (Habersham Central) with 9,401 of the 16,760 total votes. BLITZ then named Cameron Kimsey (White County) as Co-GOW.

MAKENNA ELLER – HABERSHAM CENTRAL

Habersham Central senior Makenna Eller recorded an even-par 72 alongside teammate Addie Maney last week at the Red Ryder Invitational at Jekyll Island. That was good enough for Eller to help the girls to a 9th place finish out of 70 teams. This is Eller’s first POW award.

CAMERON KIMSEY – WHITE COUNTY

White County’s Cameron Kimsey played well in the Oconee County Lady Warrior Invitational on UGA’s course, securing a 3rd-place finish. The sophomore lefty carded a 94, and is part of the core of the Lady Warriors golf team. This is Kimsey’s second POW award.
