Region champion #1 seeds White County, Jefferson, and Tallulah Falls were all alive in the Elite 8, and playing host in the quarterfinals. Here’s what happened on Tuesday night!

• #1 Tallulah Falls vs #3 Lamar County

White County vs Columbus

The Lady Warriors earned a 3-0 win over Columbus, advancing to White County’s first-ever Final 4 appearance in volleyball! White County will play host to Oconee County in the state semifinals.

Jefferson vs Locust Grove

The Lady Dragons earned a 3-2 exciting win at home over Locust Grove, handing LG its only set loses of the playoffs. Jefferson advances to the Final 4 for the second time in the past 3 years, making it this far in 2020 as well, and in 2013 before that. Jefferson will play host to Chattahoochee, a #2-seed from Region 6-AAAAA in the state semifinals.

Tallulah Falls vs Lamar County

The Lady Indians continued their best run in school history with a 3-0 easy win over Lamar County. That gives TFS its first-ever Final 4 spot, where the Lady Indians will once again host and take on Mt. Pisgah, a 2-seed from Region 6-A DI.
