CESAR CRUZ – OL

Cesar Cruz continues to dominate in the trenches. The senior lineman for the Rabun County Wildcats graded the highest among everyone on the field in the top-5 battle of Rabun and Whitefield Academy at 83%. On the flip side, he also could be the DL of the Week winner, as Cruz had 6 tackles and 7 QBH to his credit. This is Cruz’s fourth career POW award.

OSCAR ESCOBEDO – DL

Oscar Escobedo more than earns DLOW honors, as the senior defensive end registered 11 tackles and 2 for loss in #7 Jefferson’s region-opening win over Clarke Central on the road. He continues to disrupt opposing offenses in what is becoming a stellar senior season for him. This is Escobedo’s first POW award.
