The BLITZ Golfer of the Week Fan Vote collected 1,705 total votes, with 1,248 going to winner Garrett Horton (Rabun). BLITZ then named Habersham Central’s Jack Rowe as Co-Golfer of the Week.

JACK ROWE – BLITZ PICK

Habersham Central sophomore Jack Rowe is the Area Champion! He fired a 71 across 18 holes, finishing 1-under par to lead the Raiders into the state tournament. Moreso, Rowe was the lone golfer out of 50 in Area 3 to post under par, taking a 3-stroke win over the next closest. This is Rowe’s second Golfer of the Week award.
