The #2 doubles unit for Banks County, sophomores Nevaeh Appell and Carley Segars, were 1-0 in their match last week for the Lady Leopards. They won in 6-2, 6-2 straight sets. This is their Appell’s first POW award, but the second for Segars.

CADY GEDDINGS – BLITZ PICK

Cady Geddings has been solid for Lumpkin County. The senior #2 singles player was perfect in the Region 7-AAA tournament last year at 3-0. This is Geddings’ first POW award.
