
It’s not clear as to the reason or what’s next for Caleb Sorrells, but he has effectively resigned from his post at Lumpkin County following a 2-8 season. The 3-year head coach went 3-27 from 2019-2021 over the Indians program.
Sorrells came in after a 3-year stint by Shane Williamson, and went 1-9 in his first season, 0-10 last year, and broke through with a 2-8 ’21 season.
