Sectional competitions took place on Saturday for the local programs, with some having great success.
FULL RESULTS

Dawson County won its regional for 3A at Buford. Stephens County placed 3rd in its sectional at Morgan County, while Jefferson came in 2nd also at Morgan County for 4A. Commerce was 3rd in the 1A Public sectional.

For Jefferson, Commerce, Dawson, and Stephens, they are confirmed to advance to the State Championships next weekend. Jefferson, Dawson, and Stephens all won their region as well. Congrats to all of these teams.
