Stephens County’s entire line (OL) and Dawson County’s AJ Moore (DL) have been named the Habersham EMC Linemen of the Week by BLITZ.

STEPHENS COUNTY – OL

The Stephens County offensive line might as well have been a wall against East Jackson. The group, which includes sophomore LT Cooper Dean, sophomore LG Wyatt Hammons, senior C Matt Moore, senior RG Ethan Westmoreland, and junior RT Jayden Gragg, graded out at 91% as a unit, and recorded 20 pancake blocks in the win over East Jackson.

AJ Moore – DL

AJ Moore came up clutch for the Tigers in the region runner-up clincher over North Hall. The senior DE registered 5 tackles, including 2 for loss, 2 sacks, and had a safety, making his presence known. This is Moore’s second POW award.
