The Runner of the Week fan voting totaled 2,307 votes. Towns County’s Jensen Brown (1,228 votes) claimed the Fan Vote. BLITZ then picked the Commerce back-to-back state champion Brandon Martin as Co-Runner of the Week.

Jensen Brown earns his first-ever BLITZ award after finishing his cross country career with a 4th-place finish at the 1A Public state meet, coming in at 18:22.

BRANDON MARTIN – BLITZ PICK

Commerce senior Brandon Martin earns his third BLITZ award and for the second week in a row. After winning region in dominating fashion, he did it again on a bigger stage. He claimed his second straight state title, coming in at 16:50 to wrap up a cross country career that is nothing short of incredible.
