The Region 8-A and 8-AAA meets proved to be successful for both Tallulah Falls and Stephens County. The separate meets saw Evan Prince win by over a minute in the 8-A Private meet, leading his team to a state berth. The TFS girls finished one point shy of making state, though Lucy Alexander qualified individually.

In 8-AAA, Stephens’ boys earned a top four spot behind the great running of Grady Sanders (5th). The boys will move on to state. The girls finished just outside the cut for state.
