CHAZ MULLIS – Flowery Branch clutched a narrow victory over the Dawson County Tigers. Both schools jockeyed back and forth during the second quarter, prompting Flowery Branch’s Jaizen Ellingham to run in a 65-yard TD.

The Tiger’s Isaiah Grindle later answered back with a 50-yard rushing TD. Neither team seemed to budge until the fourth quarter when Ellingham secured 3 consecutive TDs for the Falcons.

Dawson County’s Nic Baloga scored the final TD in a last ditch effort to stop the Falcons, falling short at 42-45.
