Recruit Georgia, a recruiting organization that covers high school football prospects in the peach state, released its Preseason All-State list for Class 1A Public on Wednesday.

The list of honorees includes four Commerce players, including one on the Defense All-State team and three others listed as Honorable Mentions. SEE THE FULL LIST

Punter Bo Childers is listed to the Defense All-State team. Honorable mentions included Jake Frates, Tyelon Brock, and Eryck Diaz.

The Tigers open their season on September 4 at Banks County in a non-region contest. They may still be playing their August 21 scrimmage against Apalachee on the road, though it’s not clear whether the push-back on the 2020 start alters that plan.
