After 57,459 votes poured in supporting the nominees up for “ONE LAST FINALIST” for BLITZ Golfer of the Year, Rabun County’s Cassidy Richardson took the honors. She had 20,600 votes, barely edging teammate Faith Cofield (18,167).

Richardson joins finalists Catie Craig (White), Cameron Ford (Commerce), Brinson Hall (Tallulah Falls), Maggie Jackson (Tallulah Falls), Ellie Kinlaw (Jefferson), and Chelsea Lewallen (Banks).
