Eurosportscoreboard announced their initial 2020 state rankings by classification for both boys and girls, and a number of local programs are in the mix.

Habersham Central boys currently reside in the top-10, and sit at #3 in Class 6A. In Class 4A, the White County girls’ are almost assuredly going to be in the top-10 (girls’ rankings are not yet available).

Class 3A features Jefferson boys (#3), Jefferson girls (#4), Lumpkin girls (#6), and Dawson girls (#7) all in the top 10. The 2A girls rankings features Union County at #6, while the boys’ side will undoubtedly feature the Union boys (coming off a state title game appearance).
