TFS – Tallulah Falls School is preparing to host the 2020 North Georgia Junior Olympic three-position air rifle state championship on April 23-26.
The school’s new precision rifle range is currently undergoing upgrades to accommodate this high-profile event, according to Head Coach Tim Stamey.

“It is a great honor to be selected as a host site,” Stamey said. “This raises the profile of our program.”
Ten electronic targets will be in place for scoring, Stamey said. This is a 4x3x20 team event, with scores fired by each member of a team counted for both individual rankings and team rankings, he said.

According to Stamey, several schools and clubs will be on campus to compete in the four-day event. For more information, visit https://www.tallulahfalls.org/athletics/precision_rifle.cms.
