
Commerce boys won the 1A Public state title behind Brandon Martin’s top individual finish (17:02). Demarco Hernandez (17:34) was second, and JJ Morris (18:21) was fifth. Towns’ Liam King (8th; 18:31) and Jensen Brown (11th; 18:56) led the Indians to a 4th place finish.
The Commerce girls finished as state runner-up behind Paden Bell’s runner-up (21:46) run. Towns County, which finished 5th, was paced by Alison Markham (10th; 24:06).
