The 500th all-time BLITZ Player of the Week award is given to Chloe Bennett after the Dawson County volleyball player earned 2,906 of the total 6,932 votes for Volleyball Player of the Week. Stephens’ Dale Cleveland (2,157) was just behind in the voting.
CHLOE BENNETT
Senior middle hitter Chloe Bennett has been on fire as of late. The Dawson County star has averaged 10.5 kills, 7.8 digs, 2 blocks, and 1 ace per game lately, including netting an 83% serve.
This is Bennett’s first career Player of the Week award, and her recognition comes as the 500th Player of the Week award handed out by BLITZ in its history (est. 2009).
