Voting is underway and just about finished for our spring sports players of the year. Our BLITZ voting panel has voted on the finalists for each award.

With voting wrapping up Thursday afternoon, we will begin to roll out the release of the Players of the Year starting Friday and through Memorial Day, followed by the announcement of the 2017-18 BLITZ Cup Champions, Spring Sports Teams of the Year and culminating with potential inductions of Spring Sports Teams into our Team Hall of Fame. Here is the schedule for release:

FRIDAY, MAY 25 (9 AM) – Boys T&F Athlete of the Year

FRIDAY, MAY 25 (12 PM) – Boys Golfer of the Year

FRIDAY, MAY 25 (4 PM) – Boys Tennis Player of the Year

SATURDAY, MAY 26 (9 AM) – Girls Tennis Player of the Year

SATURDAY, MAY 26 (12 PM) – Girls T&F Athlete of the Year

SATURDAY, MAY 26 (4 PM) – Girls Golfer of the Year

MONDAY, MAY 28 (9 AM) – Boys Soccer Player of the Year

MONDAY, MAY 28 (12 PM) – Girls Soccer Player of the Year

MONDAY, MAY 28 (4 PM) – Baseball Player of the Year

TUESDAY, MAY 29 (11 AM) – Blitz Cup Champions

WEDNESDAY, MAY 30 (9 AM) – Spring Sports Teams of the Year
