White County sophomore guard Maci Shelnut earns her first-ever BLITZ award after a solid game last week in which she put up 15 points, 4 rebounds, 1 assist, and 1 steal, all while shooting 43.9% from deep. Shelnut’s emergence has been key to the Lady Warriors’ success as of late.

JONES HARRIS – BLITZ PICK

Lumpkin County junior Jones Harris gets his first BLITZ POW award of his career after a great performance in the Christmas Tournament last week. He had 51 points across 2 games, averaging 25.5 per contest. The guard had a career-best 31 points against Chestatee as part of that performance.
